The Prof Donald Li Global YDM Scholarship provides financial assistance to young doctors from low- and middle-income countries, enabling them to attend the WONCA World Conference 2025 in Lisbon. Eligibilities.
To qualify, applicants must:
Be from a low- or middle-income country as classified by the World Bank.
Be a Young Doctor, as defined by the YDM operational guidelines (in family medicine training or the first five years of practice).
Be an active member of their regional Young Doctor Movement (YDM) with a supporting letter from the regional YDM lead.
Show a strong commitment to attending the conference and contributing to the development of family medicine.
