Coventry University and Deakin University are offering PhD Scholarships in the Deakin-Coventry Consortium of Motor Skill for Holistic Development. Successful applicants will receive full funding, research training, and dual PhD qualifications.

Eligibility

  • Meet the admission and scholarship criteria of both Coventry University and Deakin University for the cotutelle programme.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with:

    • A high 2:1 (minimum 70% mark) or equivalent qualification, or

    • For Australian graduates, a minimum 80% in the project element or overall module average.

  • Alternatively, possess a Master’s degree with a significant research component and a minimum Distinction level or equivalent. The Master’s thesis must be graded at least 80%.

  • Candidates with a 70-79% grade and proven research experience (e.g., publications, awards, or professional reports) may be considered.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English (IELTS overall score of 7.0, with no component below 6.5).

  • Show the potential to engage in innovative research and complete the PhD within the prescribed timeframe.
