Eligibility
Meet the admission and scholarship criteria of both Coventry University and Deakin University for the cotutelle programme.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with:
A high 2:1 (minimum 70% mark) or equivalent qualification, or
For Australian graduates, a minimum 80% in the project element or overall module average.
Alternatively, possess a Master’s degree with a significant research component and a minimum Distinction level or equivalent. The Master’s thesis must be graded at least 80%.
Candidates with a 70-79% grade and proven research experience (e.g., publications, awards, or professional reports) may be considered.
Demonstrate proficiency in English (IELTS overall score of 7.0, with no component below 6.5).
Show the potential to engage in innovative research and complete the PhD within the prescribed timeframe.
