Eligibility

  • The scholarship will support research in climate change adaptation in conflict settings, under the Department of Public Health.

  • To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Hold a master’s degree equivalent to a Danish master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., disaster risk management, global health, anthropology).

    • Demonstrate a strong academic record and professional qualifications relevant to the PhD project.

    • Have experience or a willingness to work in fragile and conflict-affected areas.

    • Show knowledge of the humanitarian sector, and preferably, experience in climate change and disaster research.

    • Possess strong English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
