Eligibilities.
Applicants must be residents of one of the 54 African countries (as defined by the United Nations).
Candidates must demonstrate leadership potential through academic achievements, work experience, internships, or community contributions.
Applicants must have a strong overall application, including performance in the interview and relevant professional experience.
Continuing students are not eligible.
