Eligibilities.

To qualify, applicants must:


  • Be citizens and residents of a developing country as per Decree No. 440/2024 or priority countries listed by the Italian Agency for Cooperation, including:

  • Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Palestinian territories

  • Hold a high school diploma obtained outside the EU that:

  • Was earned after at least 12 years of schooling.

  • Qualifies for admission to undergraduate programs in the issuing country.

  • Is recognized by local education authorities

  • Be registering for the first time at an Italian university.

  • Students obtaining their high school diploma by July 10, 2025, can also apply.

  • If the diploma was earned in less than 12 years, applicants must provide proof of at least one year of post-secondary studies.
