Eligibilities.
To qualify, applicants must:
Be citizens and residents of a developing country as per Decree No. 440/2024 or priority countries listed by the Italian Agency for Cooperation, including:
Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Palestinian territories
Hold a high school diploma obtained outside the EU that:
Was earned after at least 12 years of schooling.
Qualifies for admission to undergraduate programs in the issuing country.
Is recognized by local education authorities
Be registering for the first time at an Italian university.
Students obtaining their high school diploma by July 10, 2025, can also apply.
If the diploma was earned in less than 12 years, applicants must provide proof of at least one year of post-secondary studies.
