Hey there,
I am Mariam, the CEO and Founder of GetIn.

About 6 years ago, I was just like you. I had finished my undergrad law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and was ready to unlock the doors to a high-paying career abroad. I knew that going to graduate school abroad could help me achieve my goal. However, I was confused about the entire graduate school application process and couldn't afford to pay for a master’s degree, even if admitted! Despite these challenges, I was certain about one thing—I wanted more out of life regardless of my socio-economic background.
After seeing people just like me secure well-paying international jobs in foreign countries after their graduate degrees, I wasn't ready to settle for less! With my goal in sight, I decided to take the bull by its horns. I blocked out 6 months of my time to conduct in-depth research, get mentored, and read about everything there is to know about the graduate school and scholarship application process.
Eventually, I won the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship and Cambridge Trust Scholarship for my masters at Cambridge University. After that, using the same strategies I had learnt, I secured admission into the University of Toronto for my Ph.D. and won the fully funded Vanier scholarship— the most prestigious scholarship offered by the government of Canada. Also, I won the highly coveted PEO International scholarship, amongst others!

Right then, I knew that I had perfected the art of telling compelling stories about our human experiences and reading the minds of admissions and scholarship committees. With a total of over $250,000 worth of scholarships secured in my bag, I decided to pay it forward by helping the next generation of students learn how to unlock the same doors. So far, I have provided scaled guidance to thousands of students. Furthermore, clients that I have trained through this Graduate School Application Bootcamp have secured admissions into world-renowned universities like Harvard, Oxford, Cornell, Cambridge, INSEAD, etc., and won over $6 million in scholarships!

I am now an international trade and development lawyer with experience working across several continents and hosting a panel at the World Trade Organisation. Through this concise and detailed course, I have put together my years of knowledge and experience gained from working with hundreds of applicants who have secured admissions and scholarships into the best schools in the world, even without first-class degrees.
